Job responsibilities: Provide L2 and L3 support for the iExpense, Account payables,Paymentsand GL modules and Work on Business and User requests. Implement Production data/ bug fixes and application Enhancements and Perform code optimization for process improvement.
Support business for Month end/Quarter End/Year End period closure Activities and immediate resolution of the issues reported and Attend Weekly and Monthly status calls with Business. Attend one to one meetings with business users or various internal teams for requirement gather-ing or for Root cause analysis and Coordinate with Oracle support for the issues/bugs in standard process and fixing the same through change and problem management. In general, the data fix, patch application and enhancement requests were taken through Change management process.
Resolve the issues/incidents raised by customers with zero SLA miss and high CSAT index and
Research on SLA misses and finding root causes.
Provide on call support and handling bad job failures during weekdays and weekends and
Determine MTTR in case of unplanned outages and provides plan of action to get to back to
BAU and Develop SQL and PL/SQL codes.

Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
