Job Title: SOFTWARE ENGINEER 

Job responsibilities: Active involvement in scrum meetings and coordination with Stakeholders and Business Analysts for understanding the business requirements and implementing functional design.

Develop and implement software applications, new functionalities, debugging code, and inte-grating code to ensure it satisfies business Logic & functionalities Design and Deploy enterprise web applications in a microservices environment using technol-ogies such as: AWS, EC2, AWS Lambda, ECS, Dockerized containers, Kubernetes pods.

Work on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using Jenkins/GitHub/SonarQube/ jfrog artifactory /Nexus repository tools. Perform Testing in different phases of the application using frameworks like Junit, Mockito, TestNg, Jasmine, Cucumber, PACT and Karma

Gathering execution metrics and publishing weekly status report to the clients and partners

Analyze system data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing system performance.

Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field with at least 2 years of experience.

Work location: Hamilton, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Title: SOFTWARE ENGINEER ADMIN

Job responsibilities: Database Installation and Configuration and upgrade SQL Server instances and Database Design Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures,

High Availability Set up and maintain database mirroring, clustering, or Always On Availability Groups for high availability and Disaster Recovery Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.

Apply patches to the SQL Server instances, including the database engine. This might involve updating the SQL Server binaries and associated components.

Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize queries and indexes. Investigate and resolve database-related issues, including errors and performance problems. Collaborate with software vendors for database-related issues.

Maintain documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures and generate reports on database health, performance, and usage.

Implement backup and recovery strategies to protect data from loss or corruption and Ensuring successful and periodical Backup, Restoration, and responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities and migration and upgrade process

Performing security management by maintaining roles, privileges, and user profiles. Add/Remove users from many different Security Groups in our domain. Enforce security policies, manage user access, and regularly audit for security vulnerabilities. Data Security Implement encryption and other security measures to protect sensitive data.

Running the scripts sent from the development team and troubleshooting any minor issues in the code, solving deadlock issues by discussing with the Application team and identifying the Blocking issues and kill the processes according to the client’s discussion and their suggestion.

Run, Schedule, Enable SQL Jobs. Troubleshoot if the jobs fail, provide log files of jobs to dev teams. Work closely with Dev and Test teams.
